Subchapter 3: MAINE INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

§4434. Construction

This subchapter shall be liberally construed to effect the purpose stated under section 4432, which shall constitute an aid and guide to interpretation. [1969, c. 561, (NEW).]
