§4242. Coverage for Pap tests

(REALLOCATED FROM TITLE 24-A, SECTION 4240)

All health maintenance organization plan contracts and certificates must provide coverage for screening Pap tests recommended by a physician. [2003, c. 517, Pt. A, §12 (AMD); 2003, c. 517, Pt. A, §13 (AFF).]
