§13104. Rulemaking

The state board may adopt rules to implement this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this chapter are routine technical rules pursuant to Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [2005, c. 457, Pt. GG, §1 (NEW).]
