§7408. Powers and duties of executive director

The powers and duties of the executive director include the following. [2011, c. 683, §10 (AMD).]

1. Staff and administration. The executive director shall hire staff and administer school operations.

2. Enrollment. The executive director shall work with superintendents from other school administrative units, pursuant to section 7405, subsection 1, to enroll students.
