§902. Department staff to carry out program

The department shall employ appropriate staff to carry out the purposes of this chapter, as set forth in section 901, and shall seek the advice of the Maine School Volunteer Alliance in establishing the criteria to be met. [1985, c. 470, §2 (AMD).]
