§1562. Rebuttal of presumption
An alleged father or a mother may rebut the presumption of paternity contained in section 1561, subsection 1, paragraph D by clear and convincing evidence. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).]
