§1503. Rights of children born out of wedlock
A child born out of wedlock is the child of that child's biological parents and is entitled to the same legal rights as a child born in lawful wedlock, except as otherwise expressly provided by statute. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).]
