§3107. Owners may incorporate

The owners of a meetinghouse or building for public worship and the pew owners may be incorporated, when any 3 or more of them apply therefor to a notary public, who shall issue his warrant to one of them, stating the time, place and purpose of the meeting, and directing him to notify the owners by posting a certified copy of it for 14 days on the principal outer door of the building and in one or more public places in the same town.
