§13073. Harbor masters on inland waters; violations

A person who neglects or refuses to obey any lawful order of a harbor master authorized pursuant to section 13072 commits a Class E crime. [2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
