§11104. Mental deficiency or illness; eligibility
A person who is a mentally ill person, as defined in Title 34-B, section 3801, or who has a mental deficiency or mental illness, as those terms are defined in Title 34-B, section 9002, is ineligible to obtain a hunting license.
