§1888. Employees

The division shall fix the duties of and employ permanently or part-time any employees and other personnel, subject to the Civil Service Law, the division considers necessary in the discharge of its duties under this subchapter. [1997, c. 678, §13 (NEW); 2011, c. 657, Pt. W, §7 (REV).]
