§1879. Initial plan for acquisition

As soon as possible after availability of funds after December 29, 1966 the division shall proceed to acquire title in fee simple to land within the restricted zone. The division shall acquire within the restricted zone any other rights the division determines necessary or convenient to accomplish the purposes of this subchapter. Nothing contained in this section and no action under this section may limit any of the powers or authority of the division under this subchapter. [1997, c. 678, §13 (NEW); 2011, c. 657, Pt.
