§9100. Violations

A violation of this chapter is a violation of Title 5, chapter 10, the unfair trade practices laws. [1989, c. 6, (AMD); 1989, c. 9, §2 (AMD); 1989, c. 104, Pt. C, §11 and Pt (AMD).]
