§1064. Applicability of Title 17, chapter 62

Except as expressly provided in this chapter, the provisions of Title 17, chapter 62 do not apply to the ownership, distribution or operation of slot machines in the State. [2009, c. 487, Pt. B, §4 (AMD).]
