§787. Cancellation or refusal of registration
Consistent with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, the commissioner may refuse registration of any brand of plant or soil amendment if he finds the brand of plant or soil amendment violates this subchapter, and may investigate whether the registration of any plant or soil amendment should be cancelled, in which case he may apply to the District Court for cancellation.
