§570-E. Legislative review
Rules adopted by the board under this subchapter must be submitted for review by the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over natural resources matters. In reviewing the rules adopted by the board under this subchapter, the committee must be guided by the provisions of Title 5, chapter 377-A. [1999, c. 334, §7 (AMD).]
