§2206. Hearings and appeals

The department shall establish rules governing procedures for hearings and appeals under this article consistent with Title 5, chapter 375. [1995, c. 465, Pt. A, §77 (AMD); 1995, c. 465, Pt. C, §2 (AFF).]
