§2193. Host municipality fees

The office may set fees under this article for the host municipality at a level lower than the fees charged to other municipalities or users, provided that the lower fees are set in a manner consistent with the rules promulgated by the office. [1995, c. 656, Pt. A, §61 (AMD).]
