§2124. Reports

The office shall submit the plan and subsequent revisions to the Governor, the department and the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over natural resource matters. [1995, c. 465, Pt. A, §37 (AMD); 1995, c. 465, Pt. C, §2 (AFF).]
