§1710. Restriction

Unless otherwise provided by law, the duties of the Public Advocate are restricted to those relating to matters within the jurisdiction of the commission. [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6 (NEW); 1987, c. 490, Pt. C, §6 (AMD).]
