Subchapter 2: STATE BOARD OF NURSING

§2154. Qualifications of executive employee

The executive director must meet all the qualifications for professional nurse board members required in section 2152 and must, in addition, hold a master's degree in nursing. [1993, c. 600, Pt. A, §124 (AMD).]
