§14233. Students

Schools licensed by the director shall maintain and submit a roster of student enrollment and attrition in accordance with rules adopted by the director . [2011, c. 286, Pt. M, §27 (AMD).]

To be eligible for enrollment, the student must be at least 16 years of age and have satisfactorily completed the 10th grade or its equivalent. Evidence of the student's eligibility and enrollment in the school must be maintained by the school and presented to the director or a designee of the director as required by rule and upon request. All training or services rendered to a member of the public by a student must be under the direct supervision of a duly licensed instructor in a licensed school or as otherwise provided by rule. [2011, c. 286, Pt. M, §27 (AMD).]
