§12263. Appointment of commissioner as agent

Application by a person or a firm not a resident of this State for initial licensure or renewal of a license under this chapter constitutes appointment of the commissioner as the applicant's agent upon whom process may be served in any action or proceeding against the applicant arising out of any transaction or operation connected with or incident to the practice of public accountancy by the applicant within this State.
