§853. Disability retirement

Any member who becomes disabled while in service may receive a disability retirement allowance on the same basis as provided for members of the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program by Title 5, chapter 423, subchapter 5, article 3. [2007, c. 491, §27 (AMD).]
