§804. Record of proceedings and transcript
The District Court Judge shall keep a full and complete record of all proceedings on the revocation and suspension of any license issued by the bureau. The District Court Judge is not required to have a transcript of the testimony prepared unless required for rehearing or appeal. [1997, c. 373, §80 (AMD); 1999, c. 547, Pt.
