Subchapter 1-B: EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES
§612-A. Municipal licensing
This subchapter may not be construed to prevent a municipality from acting under its home rule authority granted by Title 30-A, section 3001 and by the Constitution of Maine, Article VIII, Part Second, to license or regulate the business of employment agencies or to require a bond.
