§1332. Suits by and against unincorporated employee organizations

In any judicial proceeding brought under this chapter or to enforce the rights guaranteed by this chapter, an unincorporated employee organization may sue or be sued in the name by which it is known. [1997, c. 472, §1 (NEW).]
