§1812-D. Reimbursement; geriatric training programs
The Department of Health and Human Services shall amend the principles of reimbursement for long-term care facilities in order that Medicaid-certified providers of service are reimbursed for fees charged for attendance at and materials for the educational programs, as required by Title 37-B, section 602-A.
