§8-315. Judgment in trust for all interested
Every judgment and execution in an action on the bond shall be recovered by the judge in trust for all parties interested in the penalty of the bond. The judge shall require the delinquent fiduciary to account for the amount, if still in office, or assign it to his successor to be collected and distributed or otherwise disposed of as assets.
