§6193. Exemption from requirement to supply copies

Emergency rules authorized under section 6172 are exempt from the requirement that they be supplied to persons who have requested them, as required under Title 5, section 8056, subsection 1. [1999, c. 790, Pt. A, §11 (AMD).]
