§489-E. Rulemaking

Except for rules adopted pursuant to section 488, subsections 14 and 18, rules adopted pursuant to this article by the department after January 1, 2010 and before January 1, 2012 are major substantive rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2 A. Any rules adopted by the department pursuant to this article on or after January 1, 2012 are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2 A. [2009, c. 602, §3 (NEW).]
