§9707. Temporary license

No more than one temporary license may be granted to a person who has completed the educational requirements of this chapter. This license allows the holder to practice respiratory care under the direct supervision of a licensed respiratory care practitioner. This license shall be issued for a term of one year and may be extended for not more than an additional one-year period at the discretion of the board. [1989, c. 450, §42 (AMD).]
