§1306. Applicant who has not been licensed within past 5 years

An applicant for a license who has not been licensed to operate a motor vehicle in this State or in another jurisdiction within the past 5 years must successfully pass a complete examination consisting of a vision, written and road test. [2003, c. 434, §17 (RPR); 2003, c. 434, §37 (AFF).]
