§1696-E. Cooperation with state agencies

The director may obtain, upon request, information from and the assistance of the Bureau of Labor Standards, Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Pesticides Control and other state agencies as appropriate in the conduct of investigations under this chapter. Information obtained under this section shall be subject to the trade secret provisions governing the agencies supplying the information. [1985, c. 494, §2 (NEW).]
