§8306-A. Rules; approval of career and technical education programs and courses

The commissioner may adopt rules to establish requirements for career and technical education programs and courses in alignment with the system of learning results established in section 6209, to establish procedures for approving career and technical education programs and courses and to otherwise carry out the purposes of this chapter. A program or course of career and technical education may not be offered by a region, center or affiliated unit unless approved by the commissioner in compliance with rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. [RR 2003, c. 2, §46 (COR).]
