§951. Inapplicability of chapter

Any person licensed by the Chief of the State Police as provided in Title 17, chapter 13-A or chapter 62, or authorized to operate or conduct a raffle pursuant to Title 17, section 1837, is exempt from the application of the provisions of this chapter insofar as that person's conduct is within the scope of the license.
