§10757. Fraudulently obtaining license or permit

A person may not obtain a license or permit authorized in this Part through fraud, misstatement or misrepresentation. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime. [2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
