§734. Complaint

In a derivative action, the complaint must set forth with particularity the effort, if any, of the plaintiff to secure initiation of the action by a manager, or, if none, the members, or the reasons for not making the effort. [1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1 (NEW).]
