2005 Maine Code - §3407 — Damage to public drains


    Whoever willfully or negligently damages or obstructs a public drain or its outlet, or any street or highway culvert leading into it, is liable to the municipality where it is located in a civil action for double the amount of damages caused by that action, in addition to all other legal penalties for that action. [1987, c. 737, Pt.
