2005 Maine Code - §2509 — Tampering with passenger tramway

Whoever willfully breaks, injures or tampers with or removes part or parts of any tramway as defined in Title 32, section 15202, must be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 11 months, or by both. [1995, c. 560, Pt. H, §6 (amd); §17 (aff).]
