§14:64.2.1. Carjacking; recruitment of juveniles

RS 14:64.2.1 - Carjacking; recruitment of juveniles

A. It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of seventeen to intentionally recruit, entice, aid, solicit, or encourage any child under the age of eighteen to commit the offense of carjacking as defined in R.S. 14:64.2.

B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be imprisoned at hard labor for not less than five years and for not more than twenty years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
