Art. 3156. Maximum security of executor
Universal Citation: LA Code Civ Pro art. 3156 (2019)
The executor cannot be compelled to furnish security, under the provisions of Articles 3153 through 3155, in an amount in excess of the maximum security required of the administrator under Article 3151.
