Art. 1307.2. Applicability
Universal Citation: LA Chil Code art. 1307.2 (2019)
This Section applies only to a support proceeding under the Convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of this Section is inconsistent with Sections 1 through 6, this Section controls.
