§2424. Application of provisions
NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2008, No. 822, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
The provisions of this Part shall apply to all successions opened by death subsequent to the date this code shall become effective; and successions opened prior thereto shall be subject to taxation under the laws in force at the time they were opened.
