§2421. Costs of proceedings

NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2008, No. 822, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.

The costs of all the proceedings under this Part shall be borne by the mass of the succession. In cases in which it seems to him equitable to do so however, the judge may apportion the costs among the several parties, or allow any party to retain his costs out of any sum found to be due by him for tax thereunder.
