§2414. Creditors' rights preserved
NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2008, No. 822, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
Nothing contained in this Part shall affect the rights of creditors of persons deceased or the rights of the creditors of the heirs or legatees of such persons, as established by the general law.
