§165. Funding
The programs established and provided by the office of health services and environmental quality shall be funded when funds are made available to the department from all sources, including any federal funds. However, no funds shall be provided until the various parish health units referred to in this Subpart have indicated a willingness to undertake such a program and provide the specific indications of community support, as provided for in R.S. 46:161, for assistance in the development of such a program in their parish.
