§1261.1. Managed care organization; report
A. If a managed care organization is implemented by the state, the organization shall submit an annual report to the Louisiana Department of Health in such manner that the information in the report can be included in the report required by R.S. 40:1261.
B. The report required by Subsection A of this Section shall contain issues listed in R.S. 40:1261(A).
