§200. Promotion of a community-based system of care

            It is hereby declared to be a function of the Louisiana Department of Health to promote the establishment and administration of a community-based system of care, including but not limited to community behavioral health clinics for persons who have a mental illness, persons with developmental disabilities, or persons with both conditions as contemplated by the provisions of R.S. 40:2013.
