§2418. Disposition of collections
NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2008, No. 822, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
Except as provided in R.S. 47:2417, all taxes, interest, and penalties collected pursuant to the provisions of this Part shall be remitted by the secretary of the Department of Revenue immediately upon receipt to the state treasurer , and shall be credited by the treasurer to the general fund.
